1. What does the kiosk include?
As stated in the Our Products section, the kiosk includes an 80mm receipt printer by EPSON, a QR code reader, and a Wi-Fi router.
2. Why doesn’t it include a payment terminal?
Payment terminals (often referred to as POS terminals) are provided exclusively by a bank or a payment service provider.
Once you sign a contract, they will send you a POS terminal, which can be easily mounted into the designated slot and then integrated with the ordering system.
3. What if the kiosk arrives damaged?
Please check the kiosk upon delivery to ensure everything is in order. If it arrives damaged, we take full responsibility.
4. What if the kiosk stops working?
Our kiosks are built with high technical specifications, ensuring that under normal use they operate at less than 10% of their capacity. If you’d like even more peace of mind, you can purchase an extended warranty.
5. Why do you use such high technical specifications?
Based on our experience, lower capacity usage maximizes the kiosk’s lifespan. Moreover, we know that with Windows systems and their frequent updates, both computers and kiosks tend to slow down over time. That’s why we increased the memory capacity and used a type with very high reading speed. Nowadays, people expect the fastest possible response.
6. Do you provide installation?
This service is not included in the price.Installation is simple, as every kiosk (both desktop and stand-alone versions) comes with its own mounting bracket. You can also mount the desktop version on a wall, turning it into a wall-mounted kiosk. The stand-alone version can even be anchored directly to the floor. If you prefer not to handle installation yourself, we can arrange for a technician to do it for you – the price is CZK 4,000 excl. VAT + transport.
7. How long does delivery take?
We usually have kiosks in stock. Otherwise, the maximum delivery time is 2 months.
8. Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer – it’s entirely up to the buyer.
